Thirty-year-old Deni Srdoč owes his love and passion for cooking to his grandmother, who was his inspiration for choosing a career and the decision to enroll in the private culinary institute Oliva Allegra in Split. After school, Srdoč quickly prepared to be a sous chef thanks to his culinary talent and experience in famous restaurants.
