Nebo × Sparkling Wine Fest Croatia
On October 9, Nebo Restaurant sets the stage for Sparkling Wine Fest Croatia, which will bring together sparkling wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs in Jastrebarsko on November 6 and 7.
For this special evening, chef Gabriela Filca will prepare a five-course menu, while sommeliers Tomislav Mikinac and Antonio Gregorić will select six sparkling wines to accompany her dishes.
Champagne will take center stage, alongside Croatian sparkling wines and selected labels from other wine regions around the world, in a selection showcasing the diverse styles and distinctive character of sparkling wines.
